Our design process and production planning is based on a modern 3D-CAD-system. All relevant information concerning design space and car environment can quickly be exchanged by means of CAD models or neutral data formats like IGES or STEP. Time and cost consuming build up of jigs and master samples becomes redundant. This way we guarantee highest quality and short response times to design changes.

 
 
A mobile 3D measurement system allows digital capturing and documentation of arbitrary geometries. Special tubing functionalities help to easily digitize complex routing. In addition to quality assurance this technology enables the comparison of real parts with CAD models. Furthermore prototype parts as well as design spaces can exactly be scanned and converted to CAD models.
 
 
Customized manufacturing processes and problem specific tooling guarantee high quality results for bending high-strength, thin-walles tubes.
In order to supply non standardized dimensions, inhouse tube manufacturing is an integral part of our offering. We also realize non circular cross sections and adequate transitions.
 
 
The combination of latest digital inverter machine technology with our excellent Know-how assures premium quality weld seams even when working with very small wall thicknesses.
